The rules for using flyVia AI — written to be read, not to hide surprises.
The service
flyVia AI is a conversational assistant that searches the flyVia booking engine and answers travel questions. The assistant provides information and options — a binding contract arises only in the flyVia booking process itself.
Accuracy & availability
Flight availability and prices change constantly. Results are valid at the moment of search; a flight detail page re-checks live before you continue. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of AI services.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: no automated abuse, no attempts to extract other users' data, no unlawful content. We rate-limit to protect the platform and may suspend accounts that endanger it.
AI answers
AI-generated text can contain mistakes. Critical information — especially prices, times and travel documents — should be verified on the flight detail or booking pages before you rely on it.
Your account
Keep your credentials private. You are responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your conversations at any time; account deletion is handled via support.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated in the app before they take effect.
